How do I make a reservation?

You can send a request through the booking form on our website, by e‑mail or via selected booking platforms and partners. Your reservation is confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation and the required payment is received within the specified deadline.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours after making the reservation.

For later cancellations:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: refund of the paid amount, reduced by a 15% deposit.
- Within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount is charged.

The exact conditions for your stay are always stated in your offer and booking confirmation.

Is there a security deposit and when is it refunded?

Yes, a security deposit may be required as stated in your offer or booking confirmation. The deposit is used only to cover possible damage, excessive cleaning or breach of house rules. If no issues are found after check‑out, the deposit is refunded according to the method and timing indicated in your confirmation.

What are the check‑in and check‑out times?

Standard check‑in and check‑out times are stated in your booking confirmation. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and possible additional charges.

Is there a minimum stay or specific arrival days?

Minimum stay and arrival days depend on the season. During high season there is usually a Saturday‑to‑Saturday stay with a minimum of 7 nights. Outside of these periods, shorter stays may be possible. The calendar and booking summary will always show if your selected dates meet the current booking rules.

How many guests can stay at Villa Sole?

The maximum number of guests is defined in the villa listing and in your booking confirmation. For safety and insurance reasons it is not allowed to exceed the agreed capacity or to host additional overnight guests without prior written approval.

Are children welcome at the villa?

Yes, children are welcome at Villa Sole. However, parents and guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of children at all times, especially around the pool, terraces and stairs, as some areas may not be fenced or adapted for small children.

Are pets, parties or events allowed?

Pets, parties and events are generally not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance and confirmed in writing. Any such requests must be discussed before booking or immediately after your inquiry so that we can confirm whether they are possible under our house rules.

Do you offer discounts or special offers?

Yes, in selected periods we may offer special discounts or promotions. These are usually shown directly in the calendar and reflected in the final price of your stay. For longer stays or specific dates you can always send us an enquiry and we will confirm the best available offer for your period.

Which amenities are included in the villa?

Villa Sole offers a private pool, air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as other amenities listed in the villa description and amenities section. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us before booking so we can confirm availability.
