For your comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning. We kindly ask you to keep windows and doors closed while the units are running and to turn them off when you are leaving the property to help us conserve energy.
Please use the pool responsibly and at your own risk. For hygiene reasons, showering is required before entering. We kindly ask you not to use glass or breakable items in the pool area and to supervise children at all times.
You are welcome to use the BBQ facilities. For safety, please never leave the fire unattended. After use, we kindly ask you to clean the grill and ensure the fire is completely extinguished.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. We kindly ask that you wash the dishes and keep the appliances clean. Please ensure the dishwasher is emptied or running upon your departure.
To keep our environment clean, please dispose of your trash regularly. Use the designated bins located outside the property. We appreciate your cooperation in separating recyclables whenever possible.
We believe in full transparency from the moment you make your reservation until the day you arrive. To ensure the highest service standards and mutual trust, we have defined clear guidelines for the security deposit and our cancellation policy.
The security deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided if there is no damage.
